“I started working with Nick about a year ago when the Snap Fitness on Baseline was still open. I was trying to get out of my rut of not exercising, and knew that working with a fitness trainer was always successful. He worked with me on the goals I had, whether it be weight loss or just toning up. He realized there would be a difference in the workout based on my age, but that didn't make him let up on me! He always had something different for me so that I didn't get bored, and I can honestly say that I know now why the Biggest Losers want to puke or cry. He knows his stuff and will share his info with you if you're willing - diet, lifting weights, cardio. I can see the difference in my muscle tone, my stamina, and the fact that I can lift a 40-pound bag much easier than before! I think if anyone has the discipline to work with him, they will definitely see results.

"Molly and I had gotten to the point where our at-home weight loss and personal fitness program was turning into more of a series of failed diets. We decided that we needed to take the next step if we were going to lose weight and keep it off. After researching Beaverton and Portland personal trainers, we found Nick with Portland Personal Training and Weight Loss. We were very nervous and anxious, and not sure what to expect, but we decided that if we ever wanted to look like we did in our wedding photos, that we had to just go for it.
In our first few training sessions, Nick strived to get to know us personally and understand our fitness level and lifestyle in order to design a program that would achieve the best results for our weight loss. I needed a lifestyle change, but couldn’t seem to do it on my own. I wanted to be strong and healthy and wasn’t sure how to get there.
